Office Gemini Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds and/or Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Full refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial license activation. To receive a refund, the software license must be deactivated from the machine and a reason for refund must be provided.
- To exchange an edition of the software for an upgraded edition, the current software license must be deactivated from the machine. A difference in license cost, based on current retail price, must be paid to receive the upgraded edition license.
- To exchange an edition of the software for a downgraded edition, the current software license must be deactivated from the machine and a reason for downgrade must be provided. A difference in license cost will be refunded if downgrade is done within 90 days of initial license activation and all downgrade request procedures are met.
- The free 1 year of AMP that comes with new license purchases does not restart on upgrade and downgrade licenses. The AMP expiration date will remain the same and will not change due to license edition changes.
