Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience. Business to business sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in selling software, especially in imaging and document management, is a plus.
  • Previous history of successful cold calling and lead generation.

Inside Sales Representative - Singapore

We are growing and we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Regional office in Singapore. We are interested in candidates that are looking to start or continue their career in sales. The ideal candidate is someone that is either starting or has just started a career in sales who is very eager and energetic to succeed and grow fast through a sales organization. The position does not require previous sales experience but does require someone very coachable with a high aptitude to learn many things well and fast. The main emphasis of duties in this position will be on cold calling and prospecting as well as handling incoming leads and closing deals for the Asia/Oceania regions. With success in these initial tasks, candidates will climb rapidly through our sales organization to manage more complex situations and deals. Candidates hired for this position will be mentored by and report directly to the General Manager ASEAN. Quotas will be established and must be met or exceeded. Additionally, this person will be required to manage their customer relationships including determining potential and current customers’ critical business needs as it relates to Office Gemini’s products and services.

Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree not required but is a major plus
  • Previous sales experience is not required
  • Ability to learn and use software systems such as CRM for tracking sales activity & pipeline
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and perform software presentations as well as presentations of the company service offerings
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Ability to speak and write Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
