Yes, Dokmee is the developer of the Dokmee Solutions suite of products, and is the owner of all source code.

All of our support team are internal staff members of Dokmee. We have support technicians located in Houston, Texas and in Paris, France offering multi-lingual support. We also have support technicians in our Singapore office. All of our support staff in every office are fluent in English, and each office supports local languages as well. We are able to provide support remotely to any clients as long as there is a good internet connection available. We also have trained and certified local resellers through the world to assist with local and onsite support.

If you have a valid and current Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP), then you can do a Check for Updates in the Help menu of the program. Check the User Guide to learn how to setup automatic updates.
