Dokmee Capture 5.0.2301 Hotfix

We are releasing a hotfix for Dokmee Capture 5.0.2301.  This hotfix will address issues listed below.  Only apply hotfix to Dokmee Capture 5.0.2297 or later


New fix

Export Module: Exporting from Multiple stations to the same Windows folder causes conflict with index data file (9830) [SysAid 7596, 9948]

Batch Directory: .Net error occurs when opening new module because Capture does not properly close previous module (11850) [SysAid 11477]

Batch Profile: Changing Batch profile name will lose associated Barcode template (11607) [SysAid 11334]

Index count tallied in Reporting tool is inaccurate (11851) [SysAid 5765]

Batch Directory: Batch with multiple Batch Index are not recorded correctly when Select List field types are used. (11832) [SysAid 32750]

SmartZone: SmartZone is inconsistent. When using large zone, smartzone accuracy drastically is reduced and is inconsistent (11404) [SysAid 10879]

Export: Client report missing documents when exporting PDF without OCR (11598) [SysAid 11220, 32973]

Export: Use Index Field as Filename generate errors in logs and no files are exported. (11852) [SysAid 11276]

Export module: Need to change the message when mapping incompatible index field types (11853) [SysAid 28499]


Cumulative fixes

Direct Upload: reformat all date field types to MM/DD/YYYY for direct upload to Dokmee 4, Dokmee 6, Dokmee 4 Cloud/Web (11778)

Restore batches: misplace index information to wrong document (11722) [SysAid 28742]

Export: Allow index file creation for PDF/A file types (11721)

Export: Index values greater than 50 characters are truncated to 50 characters in exported index file (11743) [SysAid 31036]



Installation instructions:

1.            Ensure client is running 5.0.2297 or later hotfix and close application

2.            Disable DCImportService in Window Services (services.msc)

3.            Backup client database

4.            Run DokmeeCapture.5.0.2301hotfix.exe - ensure path is correct and it replace files to Dokmee Capture folder location (%DokmeeCapturePath%)

5.            It will replace files at location
