 General Questions 

Yes, Dokmee is the developer of the Dokmee Solutions suite of products, and is the owner of all source code.

All of our support team are internal staff members of Dokmee. We have support technicians located in Houston, Texas and in Paris, France offering multi-lingual support. We also have support technicians in our Singapore office. All of our support staff in every office are fluent in English, and each office supports local languages as well. We are able to provide support remotely to any clients as long as there is a good internet connection available. We also have trained and certified local resellers through the world to assist with local and onsite support.

Dokmee is also searching for partners and resellers to help spread our products in the market. Please visit our VAR Partners page for more information about our reseller program and what type of partners we are looking for.

Yes, you can download the FREE trial version of any of our products from the Downloads page.
